Purchasing Requirements

Netherlands/ Belgium

For orders which will be picked up at Claassen warehouse we charge € 15 handling costs

Freight free delivery above  € 750 to business adresses

For deliveries of orders below € 750 we charge € 75 

Transport costs for dropshipping deliveries on demand (postal starts at € 25, pallet deliveries start at € 100) 

Luxembourg

For export documents / customs certificates will be charged additionally

Payments

All orders are shipped under prepayment conditions

For pre orders down payment of 30% is required and 70% before delivery

For customer with longer purchase history different payment terms can be requested
 

Claims
Damages, shortages and defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Backorders

All backorders will be shipped unless cancelled by customer. When order is shipped non available items will be kept in back order.

Freight free delivery amounts are items which are able to be delivered, so it is not per order but per delivery.
